The key word is ESTABLISH. Take some time to scroll through and identify the programming in your mind related to food. Answer these questions first:
- What is most important about the food I eat?
- How did my parents and family make choices around food?
- Am I eating foods that are aligned with the greater good of the earth?
Once we can have an honest conversation with ourselves about food, knowing that our mind is powerful but we also have the power to transform and see things from new perspectives, it gives us the ability to shape the food consciousness in a way that aligns with three vital aspects:
- Body
- 2. Health
- 3. Earth
Our goal when asking these questions is to be:
- What is most important about the food I eat?
- Food is fuel, I make decisions based on what is the healthiestÂ
- How did my parents and family make designs around food?
- Understand that the programming from parents and family is not the pattern I choose to continue
- Am I eating foods that are aligned with the greater good of the earth?
Eating vegan, plant-based is the best for the ecosystems, for the animals, and for the earth.
Knowing that fast foods and processed foods are all constructed to make you crave more while deprogramming the gut biome.
We are limiting neutron density and putting in chemicals our body doesn’t know how to break down.
